In cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Angel Line has voluntary recalled 3 models of the Angel Line Bunk Beds with Angled Ladders due to Serious Entrapment Hazard. The metal hook fastening the ladder to top of bunk bed frame can move away or detached from the bed frame when the ladder is LIFTED, causing the gap between the ladder step and bed frame to open wider than 3.5 inches, posing a serious entrapment hazard to children and a violation of the federal standard for bunk beds. We recommend that you stop using the product until you install the reinforcement brackets.
To prevent any injuries, Angel Line will be sending the reinforcement brackets that CPSC has approved so you can continue to use your bunk bed.
